Privacy Policy

We collect only the direct information necessary to provide software engineering and design services, scope development projects, and respond to inquiries:

• Project Inquiries: Contact details submitted via our project wizard or email (full name, email address, direct phone/WhatsApp number, company name, project requirements, budget scope).
• Technical Diagnostics: Standard anonymized server access logs (anonymized IP addresses, browser user agent strings, access timestamps) purely for network security and uptime diagnostics.
• Direct Communications: Email correspondences, technical scoping notes, and meeting summaries.

We do not purchase lead lists from third-party data brokers, and we do not run behavioral profiling advertising trackers.

Information collected is utilized strictly and solely for:

• Analyzing project feasibility, preparing Statements of Work, and generating accurate milestone quotations.
• Engineering, designing, and delivering contracted software systems, APIs, and brand assets.
• Sending administrative communications, milestone invoices, and deployment handover documentation.

We never sell, rent, monetize, or lease your personal or business information to any third party.

Strict Non-Training Policy: We do not use, sell, or share client project data, private code repositories, internal workflows, customer records, or proprietary communications to train public, commercial, or third-party artificial intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Any AI-assisted developer productivity tools used internally within our studio adhere to strict enterprise zero-data-retention agreements to ensure complete confidentiality of client intellectual property.

We maintain a cookie-light architecture. We do not use invasive third-party ad retargeting pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking scripts. Local browser storage is used solely for essential functional state (e.g., UI theme preferences or active wizard draft sessions).

All project records and client credentials are stored in modern, isolated cloud database infrastructure protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Sensitive credentials within internal tooling utilize AES-256-GCM symmetric encryption with PBKDF2 key derivation.

Access to production systems is strictly restricted to authorized studio engineers on a need-to-know basis with multi-factor authentication.

We retain client records only for the duration of the business relationship or as mandated by legal and accounting recordkeeping standards.

You have the right to request a full copy of your personal data held in our systems, or request its immediate deletion, by writing directly to our data officer at privacy@artyzn.com.np.
